Hector really listened to my worries regarding my Jeep's transmission and they were honest about the repair times and work needed to be done. We realized the transmission had to be replaced so I ended up getting that covered by my Jeep's warranty and I added a few other service repairs to keep my car running spot on! I'm definitely coming back for any other service I need on my Wrangler! Russell Westbrook has my full trust and confidence. More

The worse ever , do not service here or buy the insurance I bought my car last month , I bought $5000 extra insurance, I had to bring my car the same week I bought it for repairs , they kept it over a week an I bought my car last month , I bought $5000 extra insurance, I had to bring my car the same week I bought it for repairs , they kept it over a week and then they told me that they are missing some party’s and that they would call me in a couple of weeks , it’s been a month now that I’m driving with one light and left messages for mike the service supervisor but he never called me back , I think they have a caller ID because sometimes they don’t answer my calls at all , the phone just rings . This is not the first time I’m being extremely dissatisfied and disappointed from their service and sales department, I was promised the sun and the moon before I signed and after I drove off they didn’t even bother to tell me that they have my driving license, , 5 days later I figured out they must have it and called them and yes it was there and no one bothered to call me . Stay away from this dealership and service especially if you are a girl !!!! I’ve never been so disrespected and ignored. Shame on you! More
