Service center is great. Can’t say the same thing about the sales and titling departments though. Was told it was a “hold up with the DMV.” It’s almost January and I still haven’t received a registration. Spoke to Lisa and filed a complaint with my bank. Was never offered any form of compensation or admittance of shortcoming. When I spoke to Melanie Skaggs to try and get an understanding of what exactly happened she told me the previous bank never sent the title and that she’s been busy. I bought my car over 200 days ago and still have no proof of ownership other than the finance papers I obtained in April. I don’t think I would purchase another vehicle through this dealership or consciously recommend someone to do the same after this experience. Very stressful and irritating More
