From the task of getting the car out of the pen, getting it detailed, gassed/charged, explaining the options and going on the test drive to facilitating the financial aspect. Andrew was professional and fair with my trade and Michael explained what the other dealer was offering which was not what I was eligible for. Nick was very cordial and accommodating when we came in to see Patti. Vanta in Finance was excellent. She knew right away what I always purchased for warranty extras and actually steered me in a better direction.
