Do you believe in "coincidences"? I had my oil changed earlier in August (had to wait 30 minutes for someone to notice me), and a few days later large puddles of oil in my driveway, e I had my oil changed earlier in August (had to wait 30 minutes for someone to notice me), and a few days later large puddles of oil in my driveway, error codes on my dash, and random rough starts if my engine was warm. All of this is after my oil change, NOT before. I spent a week playing email and phone tag to be told to bring my vehicle in today and they will "take care of it". Well, take care of it meant a very expensive estimate to fix the steady oil leak that was accidentally/deliberately caused during the oil change. The final response from management: its a coincidence, and they do not give away free repairs. I am not asking for a free repair, I am asking for the damage caused by Austin Rankin (likely intentional) to be corrected. They got $68 out of me, but I am not fool enough to believe in this "coincidence". Hope it was worth it, Wilde East Towne staff. More
