I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and careless service from a dealership. Salesman Miguel Ulloa and Rolando were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns, they treated me as if my time and business didn’t matter. Communication was poor, and their overall attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Luckily, I bought my new KIA in another dealership which valued my business. More
