Love the way they make you feel welcome between the manager and the finance guy to Miguel who helped me and explain every single step and options that I have. He made sure I was happy and work around manager and the finance guy to Miguel who helped me and explain every single step and options that I have. He made sure I was happy and work around my budget. They have plans to do the payment either biweekly or monthly. This is the 2 car I get with Nissan and Miguel has been amazing all the way thru both times.He goes above and beyond for every customer that is there… More

Miguel is awesome. He went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I lease a car. However, I can’t say the same for the rest of the company. I called them because me and my fiancé were both impacted by the fiancé and I lease a car. However, I can’t say the same for the rest of the company. I called them because me and my fiancé were both impacted by the pandemic and lost our jobs. I called to see what could be done about our lease. Instead of being understanding and explaining procedures to me, I was told “Well if you can’t afford it drop it off” and I would have to pay a huge fee that was basically the rest of the car loan. I understand if that is Nissans policy, but do you have to be condescending and demeaning toward me. The man who controls the loans was nothing but rude and made me feel beneath him. As far as Nissan goes, I find it very sad that they are willing to postpone payments if you buy a car with everything going on because of the pandemic, yet they do nothing for their leasing customers. I will never go with this car brand ever again. I highly suggest you do your research before making any moves with this dealership and Nissan in general. More

Nightmare! Stay away from this place! Worst car experience I have ever had. Their mistakes have negatively impacted my credit and they have yet to resolve it. My salesperson was Miguel and the mana experience I have ever had. Their mistakes have negatively impacted my credit and they have yet to resolve it. My salesperson was Miguel and the manager I am working with now is Omar. It had been 5 months now- and the problem has not been fixed- unacceptable!! More

problem w extended warranty ..... $3000 put on loan my finance got suckered into ext warranty, Within days of car purchase we cancelled it....but then the nightmare begins . this was in the first week o my finance got suckered into ext warranty, Within days of car purchase we cancelled it....but then the nightmare begins . this was in the first week of Sept 2018. After about 100 phone calls to Allstate then dealer and bank we received the refund on 12/15/18. And we got to pay interest on the 3000 as well. the bank wont help ...they want the interest. Allstate kept blaming dealership finance dept. and the dealer was so slow to respond to this issue. the dealership was just trying to wear us out. . this is done by not taking your call, avoiding e mails and messages left on voicemail. They have you by the "##@##"s cause at 3000.00 is it worth it to get a lawyer or go to small claims....no its not. this dealership took advantage of a single mother, not born in the states,does not make a-lot of money, is not on government assistance, does not have command of english and they just tacked on this $3000 warranty. the other bad part was i had to kiss xxx with these people in order to get the money back. it was like a a 4 month version of the "check is in the mail". there is no reason why a refund should take this long. they took the money so fast but cant give it back with out you jumping through a ton of hoops. its scary these tactics still exist at rockland nissan. More

Then did not give us the paperwork until we came to pick up the car. That is deceiving. Stay away from this guy and this dealer. Sure they have a nice rebate for the Ultima but they will get it back. If you go there keep your wallet in your pocket More

I live in the city and have absolutely no issues with driving up there, bypassing all of the other Nissan dealerships along the way. The staff are super accommodating, friendly, professional, and always willing to to go above and beyond to ensure that you leave there happy, and eager to return. As a veteran the stresses associated with car purchasing can be overwhelming; however, this is not the case here, management was very accommodating and appreciative of my business. Tim (Mgr.) and Mike (finance) were instrumental in ensuring that I let the dealership satisfied, because they genuinely understand the value associated with customer experience; they are two very genuine, personable, and generous individuals. You won't find a more knowledgable, laidback, and non-preassuring sales team than the one at Rockland Nissan. More
