It was my first time meeting my salesperson, Courtney Harris but I have to say he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Yes! I was very satisfied with the service. My representative "Will" was amazing! He was completely thorough and professional!!! He addressed all my co I was very satisfied with the service. I felt he was completely transparent with me regarding all my concerns and what I needed to keep my vehicle in top shape. I advised staff that I want Will to continue as my representative for the future. Also the general manager checked on me several times throughout my time there for service. We went into Clay Cooley on I20. Worst car experience ever. Tried to lowball us on our trade in but once I told them we had a instant offer all of a sudden they raised their trade in Worst car experience ever. Tried to lowball us on our trade in but once I told them we had a instant offer all of a sudden they raised their trade in offer. Also told them I did not want my credit checked because I didn't want a ding on my credit and I knew at that point we probably wouldn't purchase from them. They lied and said they just needed to look at our credit and would not be a hard inquiry. That was a lie. We ended up buying from Freeman Hyundai and it was a great experience. I would rather ride a bicycle the rest of my life than deal with Clay Cooley. HORRIBLE!!! More
