Customer service and management are HORRIBLE there. Once you sign the dotted line they no longer care about you as a customer. I was told that a 2nd key fob was going to be facilitated in the deal and Once you sign the dotted line they no longer care about you as a customer. I was told that a 2nd key fob was going to be facilitated in the deal and here it is three weeks later and I can't seem.to get them to follow up on it nor uphold their end of the deal. I keep getting the same "I'll look into it for you and get back to you" statement yet nobody calls me back. Why should I have to hound them down on a deal.they promised? Again, they got the deal and my money and that's seemingly all they care about. Not to mention how they swindled me out of almost 4 thousand dollars in the deal as well. That's a whole other story:issue. My recommendation... Buy somewhere else, where they actually value your business and you're not just another number. A dealership with much better customer service and less grimey finance managers. Don't say you weren't warned. More
