Everyone was very nice, but they sold me a used vehicle that had lifter problems. They obviously cleared the codes before selling it, as the check engine light came on while I was driving it home. I had to bring it to them for repairs & they had it for weeks. I live over an hour away from this dealership mind you- pretty freaking annoying when you want to be driving the vehicle you just spent thousands on. On top of this, one service manager said the cost of repairs would be covered by the dealership, but before I got my truck back, he got sick (during covid) & was absent. A different manager called me when the truck was ready & said it would be a few grand in repairs, I obviously refused & negotiated down to $300. All in all I got my truck repaired & it's still going strong to this day, so I can't knock the quality of work from the service department, but I have zero intentions of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Meishia from sales department was awesome & I would love to go to her again if she ever works for a different dealership. More
