In November I had a CONFIRMED scheduled service for an oil change first thing in the morning & was told they needed the truck until 4:00 saying that all service is first come first serve. What’s the point of scheduling when the time is not honored & your time is not respected. I received a call from the service mgr re: this & decided to give them another chance. Took my vehicle in for the first oil change. Simple right? Nope. All of sudden my vehicle is leaking oil all over my garage, driveway, etc. Brand new vehicle w/ less than 5K miles. Called Saturday to have it addressed & told to come in right away & they’d fix it. Drove in to find out the service dept was closed & was sent to the Chevy side who wanted to charge us. Called back today (Monday) & was told they don’t have an appointment until next Wednesday. Service rep who answered the phone was no help, rude & unprofessional. Zero customer service skills. We won’t be back. What’s shortsighted on their part (not that they care) is that this is a brand new vehicle & they had an opportunity to win a long term customer. If I could give negative stars I would. More

I will never again take my vehicle to this dealership. I brought my vehicle there twice in the past month and nothing was fixed on it because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I walked out of there paying $280 for two diagnostic tests and not one shred of paperwork other than my receipt. They called me three separate times to tell me how much I would owe for the work that needed to be done and each time I was given a different number and of course a more expensive one. They apparently don’t have a system that breaks down what is owed they do all of it by hand leaving it up to a person typing random numbers into a calculator to give you your quote. When I asked for a breakdown to be emailed to me I was sent a typed out breakdown same as what was given to me over the phone but of course the total was more. I was never given a copy of either diagnostic that was performed. They supposedly did a pressure test and said my car was losing pressure and gave me a written out list of things I would need to pay for in order for it to be fixed but of course was not given anything in regards to the pressure test. They charge an insane amount for a diagnostic test and I was not even able to get my car fixed because I couldn’t trust that what I was paying was even right because I was given so many different numbers and no paperwork! This is no way to conduct a business and they will never again get my business or anyone else I know. Please save yourself the time and money and check out another place. The man behind me in line to pick up his car was even pissed because his check engine light was still on even though that was the reason he brought his car in in the first place. We had a convo outside and he also said he would never bring his car back again. More

They damaged my truck real bad. I brought my car in and instead of fixing it they damaged more stuff. I think they cant fix it.
