I have bought over 60 cars and trucks in my life through business and personal experience. I met Michael somewhat disgruntled showing my wife a car and he said can I help you. Told him the story and he said, with NO PRESSURE, LET ME TRY AND HELP YOU. 30 minutes later, and buying cars should be fun, we purchased a car through Alexandra and the whole team made this THE BEST CAR PURCHASE EVER. I wanted to drive away the same day I purchased my Mini and they accommodated me. They were efficient and concluded the paperwork without any problems.
