Friendly, Fun, Informative, & Fulfilling This is my third leasing experience with Les Standford Cadillac. All have been good but this one was exceptional. I am Chinese and my English is not This is my third leasing experience with Les Standford Cadillac. All have been good but this one was exceptional. I am Chinese and my English is not very good. So, buying a car is more challenging for me. I was happy that I met Michelle S. She made me feel like a friend and a sister. She seemed to sense what was important to me in a car. Her number one goal I think was that she wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. I have never enjoyed driving a car so much as this one (XT4) that she recommended. She was patient and clear in communicating to me. She wanted to make sure that I understood everything about the car itself, the safety features, the financing, it’s technology, and how to use all the really cool features. She was kind, authentic, and very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience personal and not like a “cold” business deal. She never seemed hurried. She made me feel like oyalty. She invited me to call with any questions I might have during the three year lease. She made the whole transition from my XT5 to the XT4 comfortable and easy and enjoyable. More
