I hate headaches and back and forth, and she was very good on not doing the back and forth stuff . Something I also really appreciate is that she was extremely friendly to my little brother who came with me. He is 16, and you know at that age they want to sit and talk about cars, she never rushed us, or tried to cut him off to talk about the car or get me out of the door. However, even with that I was literally in and out and had my papers signed in MAX 30 mins to an hour. She was very knowledgeable on all the cars and really helped me get the best car for me! I would recommend all my close family and friends to go to her . She really is the sweetest , and made turning in my other lease seamless . More
