I've been buying/leasing my vehicles from Yonkers Honda for the past 15 - 20 years. The sales people are professional and courteous. Their service department is top notch. I have been doing business with Honda over 14 years now and I would not go anywhere else! Mike has been my salesman since day one and he has never steered me wrong. Best Possible Experience Buying Used Car - Friendly & Honest The transmission on my 2005 Accord, which I had bought new from this dealer, needed to be replaced. I was initially disappointed because I had planned The transmission on my 2005 Accord, which I had bought new from this dealer, needed to be replaced. I was initially disappointed because I had planned to keep it longer. It then however seemed that all of Yonkers Honda got together to make sure I was taken care of. Boris, the manager from -new- car sales, actually referred me to a particular certified used 2012 Accord. I looked at both the 2016 Civic and that Accord, and decided to go with it. Bill Burke was absolutely wonderful in immediately giving me the CarFax report and the maintenance that was done to get the vehicle certified; he was most straightforward about everything. Even at the final stage - Finance - Roy could not have been more friendly or professional. He diligently did his job in showing me additional services I could purchase, but never pressured me, and allowed me to decline without the back-and-forth that I had heard could so often happen at that stage of the purchase.Roy also got me a great finance rate and patiently allowed me to play with different amounts/lengths until I decided what would work best. Susie did not pressure me into looking at any other new car after I thought there new Civic might be big enough before sitting in it. She also let me t make a longer test drive in the 2012 Accord that I bought to make sure I was comfortable. Also thank you to Chris who I did not meet but who gave a very fair assessment of my 2005 Accord, which I traded in. Also thank youth Michelle again for helping this process as well go was smoothly and comfortably as possible. I now have a wonderful and effectively new car and wouldn't go anywhere else! More

Excellent Service Center - Very Thorough and Honest I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Mich I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment.The last time I took the car there it needed a new transmission. Michelle went out of her ways to give me different options as to what to do, without any pressure. She even worked with the sales staff and the entire Yonkers Honda entity went out of its way to make me happy. I ended up buying a 2012 Accord from them - now just because it was an essentially new car at a great price - but I particularly wanted another Honda to be able to keep taking it to Yonkers Honda for their fine service, which Michelle so wonderfully represents. More

He is one of the main reasons I decided to return. He is professional, knowledgable. And attentive. No matter what, he gets you the car you desire! I've had nothing but positive experiences with Yonkers Honda. The staff is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. The turn around for the service I've requested has been phenomenal (usuall Yonkers Honda. The staff is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. The turn around for the service I've requested has been phenomenal (usually same day). Their shuttle service is also a key factor when dropping off the car (since I take Metro North to NYC). They are also great with pricing and have accepted other Honda competitors service deals. After previous negative experiences with other Westchester Honda dealers, Yonkers Honda is a breath of fresh air and I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! More

Recently my car has been repaired by 500 Yonkers Ave HONDA. Typically you may hear complaints about service instead of praising the employees however I think this is something EVERYONE should know. From start to finish I had an extraordinary experience and I believe this company should be honored to have a team member such as Ms. Michelle. I was completely distraught over my car which I crashed on Feb 3, 2014. I was beyond confused as far as who to call, if or when I should call etc. Michelle somehow found a way to communicate effectively with me although I was very aggravated, again because I didn't know what I was doing. She explained every step of the way to me and guided me through the whole process even when we hit bumps in the road because a lack of communication through my insurance company (ESURANCE... WHICH IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!). She was able to obtain all the necessary information in order to eliminate me out the equation so that I didn't have to keep calling my insurance company. It was really such a great experience and I would recommend this service to ANYONE alive! Again I can't thank you enough for hiring such a loving and compassionate employee such as Michelle. And what's best is she knows what she's talking about and how to expedite things smoothly. She deserves a raise or a vacation! Or maybe even a new Honda on the house ;). Again thank you so much for everything and please thank Michelle Rivera for me she was fabulous and so was the cashier, Christie and all the gentelman who brought my car out to me!!!!! THANK YOU ALL! More
