I brought my 2025 Ford Ranger in to Wayne Ford for a whining noise. I got the call later in the day from my service advisor Michelle that unfortunately my truck would need a new transmission (Under Warr whining noise. I got the call later in the day from my service advisor Michelle that unfortunately my truck would need a new transmission (Under Warranty) She was very sympathetic to my situation as it was a brand new truck. She offered me a loaner car while the truck was being fix and told me they would take care of this ASAP. Took about a week and I picked up my truck. Whoever the Technician was that worked on my car did an OUTSTANDING job. The truck came back clean and everything under the hood and truck looked factory fresh. Also my service advisor was great , she patiently answered all my questions. She even called me back with an answer she wasn't sure about. I would definitely recommend Wayne Ford to my friends and family. If I could give them 10 stars I would More

Easy and quick check in, issue took a bit longer than expected but they were able to drop off my vehicle to me that saved me from missing work or having to find someone to drive me over. Paperwork came back with a date of 2 years ago, and different info than what was told to me over the phone or my battery., and the sticker put on my windshield for service also has the wrong mileage an different info than what was told to me over the phone or my battery., and the sticker put on my windshield for service also has the wrong mileage and date. When I called for an explanation the man on the phone said the info was correct and just the date was wrong but this is obviously not correct More
