My car has been there FOUR times and despite explaining exactly how to replicate the issue, they somehow never can even though I ALWAYS can. They haven't been able to diagnose the issue even after the fourth visit. When I picked up my car after this fourth time, the check engine light came on again. I sent texts to the service dept trying to get an appointment scheduled but nobody would reply to me. Days later, I finally got a reply but only AFTER telling them I could see that my texts were being read. I would not recommend anyone with an actual vehicle issue come here. More
