Holm just happened to have the used truck that Is it possible to Love a Car dealership? I didn't think so before my experience with Holm Automotive. Holm just happened to have the used truck that I have been looking for off and on for two years. I live 6 hours from Abilene KS so I wasn't able to just stop in and look at the prospective new purchase. A broker friend of mine clued me in on what questions to ask and what reports and paperwork I should request. Michelle Holt responded immediately to my requests and made me feel like I was the only customer she had. The truck was not only priced right to begin with Holm included all new tires in that same great price. Holm sent someone to pick me up at the airport, - someone Michelle though would be a good fit for the 2hour drive. Paper signing took 10 minutes-no pressure to buy extended warranties, Michelle synced my phone to my new ride and I was on my way. This dealership values it's employees and it shows. The sales people are long time employees, they love their jobs and they know how to take care of people. I will be back, 6 hours or not this is the place to buy a car. More
