The dealership is lovely and they try really hard, but there’s been a lot of turnover (I had 3 SA’s during my 6 month purchase) and they are “indefinitely short staffed” in service. With that said, they try super hard to do the right thing. For example, my new car was delivered without functioning air conditioning. While this should have been caught during their pre delivery inspection, I understand these things happen. They told me service would call to setup an appointment, they didn’t. When I called back to make an appointment, my call wasn’t returned. When I called back to make another appointment, I felt like it was going to be handled professionally. However, the appointment never got logged into their system (I think they were installing a new computer system, so explainable, but still). Anyhow, I finally took the car in. They have to disassemble the car to fix the problem so I have another appointment two weeks out. They are providing a loaner during the 3-5 days they will have the car so we won’t be carless. But, it’s been a bit of a shlep on my part for a problem I should never have known about. I’m hoping the staffing issues get better and they can provide the type of customer service they seem to want to provide. More
