Chase Sullivan was fantastic, we were able to work thru all the purchase details remotely and they had the truck ready in a very short timeframe. Michelle was also extremely helpful with the extended warranty and getting the paperwork in order. They were able to secure loan rates lower than any other credit union/bank. Michelle Fontaine contacted me within minutes and was very helpful in providing very transparent information to give me a warm fuzzy feeling that the truck as indeed there and that I would be treated well if I made the drive to come view. Two days later I made the trip after Michelle hooked me up with Chase Sullivan. Chase was terrific. We hit it off, I got a great deal and the truck I wanted with zero hassle. John Zito was very helpful with completing the transaction. We laughed and yucked it up like we were old friends, which he is now! I did my research on the vehicle over many months and knew what I wanted, and did not feel pressured to upgrade. And Michelle's email correspondence regarding my test drive right through after purchase follow through was great as well, along with Mike's prompt answers to questions. Mike even personally cleaned the car impeccably prior to my picking it up! I don't think any car purchase is ever easy, but this one was much less stressful than any other I've made.
