Everyone we met during our visit was corgal, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to get to know us and accomodate our needs. We initially came to have our vehicle appraised and consider our options. In the end we traded in our vehicle (we were happy with the trade-in $ amount. Which was given by the way, without obligation to buy another vehicle). So this, did give us an opportunity to look at a new vehicle. Special thanks to Michelle's efforts in finding just the right vehicle for my wife. We test drove several vehicles before finding just the right one. She's soooo happy! We look forward to buying our next vehicle at BMW in Crystal Lake! More

Couldn’t be happier getting this Mazda. I looked into the Mazda 6 GT in soul red at my local dealership and instantly loved the performance of the car besides the amazing looks inside and out. The sport mode feature is great for passing people up or merging into high speeds. Also, one of the best things about this car is that there’s not many on the road which makes you stand out so much more from all the Camry and Accords. Working with my dealership was a smooth process and they really helped me out in choosing what I wanted, very friendly and clean dealership. More

2016 Mazda CX5 Miguel was professional and was able to answer my questions on the vehicle. He did not have to involve a sales manager at the start as some automotive Miguel was professional and was able to answer my questions on the vehicle. He did not have to involve a sales manager at the start as some automotive sales folks do. I was given a test drive and then no pressure to make the purchase. I was actually given the choice to come back the next day to make final decision. I really was impressed with this method of selling. I have yet to need a follow up with the Dealership. At this time completely satisfied. More

The night we picked up the car we had a very complete orientation session with a very patient and knowledgeable young man. He explained every button and setting and set up our phones to sync with the car. We were also introduced to the service department and they set up our 30 day check appointment. The financing department was also just as professional and friendly as you could ever hope for. I will be recommending this car dealer to everyone I know that is in the market for a new car. More
