Set a appt tryed to let them know I was dropping vehical because of so many problems with this vehical with only 10000 miles was told to tell service about it got to appt told service no loaners after letti because of so many problems with this vehical with only 10000 miles was told to tell service about it got to appt told service no loaners after letting them know had to reschedule appt and make arrangements for someone to take me home with no vehical for 2 days maybe longer More

I have had a wonderful experience at Jenkins Nissan Dealership but it was meeting Yokosta that really made it special. After the sale she continued to make herself available to answer questions.
