Worst experience I've ever had in nearly 50 years of driving. How do you supposedly change the brake fluid and about 4 miles from the dealership the brakes don't work. There was also a front end alignme driving. How do you supposedly change the brake fluid and about 4 miles from the dealership the brakes don't work. There was also a front end alignment done????? After starting and stopping the car 5 lights plus a warning message came on. I was told that was because of a faulty alignment. All they said war the front of my car must have gotten hit after I left the dealership but they couldn't find a faulty sensor. Lastly, I asked that the clock be taken off military time. It was but it is set 2 hours and 20 minutes ahead of time i checked the manual under clock. It says to refer to page 2-49.Page 2-49 refers you to page 2-27. Page 2-27 refers you to separate Nissan Connect Owners Manual . I never received a separate Nissan Connect Owners Manual. I took the car back the same day and received no information for 3 hours until someone came and told me the car was done. As I said worst service ever. Michael Schwar More

I am disappointed with this dealership, as it does not stand by its product. I leased a Nissan Ariya in September. The milage range of the car has dropped dramatically since then, nearly in half. He said that was not normal and referred me to the service department. Service told me it was normal for milage to drop and referred me to management. I spoke to a sales manager. His suggestion was going to be costly to get out of my current lease. I then reached out to the General manger, Mike Disora, through email and expressed my concerns. That was 2 days ago and I have not received any sort of reply. I feel that everyone is passing the buck and no one is willing to look into this matter further or work with me to resolve the problem. This is poor business. More

had to purchase new set of tires at 28k--- over-inflation issue not sure how that happened, but Kelly is the only place where tires were dealt with . Nice coupon for 20% that came by mail . Had a 1:20 appt --arrived @ 1 :15 spent 10 mins in driveway with Michelle --measured the front tires-discussed any options What i am not happy about is the fact that the car did not go into the shop until approx 2:50 pm I was watching so I know --I was waiting until 3:00 pm to go ask ask Michelle what was the delay. I know things happen, but when somebody is waiting, it should not take 1hour and 20 mins to START . you have a new competitor now in Nucar --I would not deal with Rothrock, but your 2 sales managers left and went over there. I used to like doing business with Kelly--long time customer, Emmaus and Easton, but I am beginning to think that driving 10 mins to the dealer for service and the ease of dropping the car, vs driving 30 mins each way to get service , and take 3 hours plus to get 4 new tires, have the brake fluid changed out, and spend $1000 ---makes me think why am I doing this --- More
