I was pleased with the great service from my salesman Jeff! He was patient and helpful. Some new tech features of the application process were very annoying and time consuming. We have had a break service light issue pretty much since we bought the car. After a couple visits, a technician overhead my discussion with the service desk and said it was a known issue and there was a bul we bought the car. After a couple visits, a technician overhead my discussion with the service desk and said it was a known issue and there was a bulletin on it. Sure enough there was and Jim in service was going to look into parts. The next visit, I spoke with Jim and he stated that the parts were back ordered. The next visit, I inquired about the issue and was told Jim was no longer employed and there were no notes regarding my service issue. The current service personnel helped and looked into it. When they got back to me, they notified me that the bumper to bumper has expired and my third party warranty won’t cover the $800 repair. More
