Why would I reach back out and waste my time to be told you are sorry this happened? It’s clear that your dealership does not value customers, keep promises, or act in any kind of professional manner. My review was honest, and informed to others to beware. It was not only appalling behavior that a sales representative told us the personal information that the other person had bad credit and the bank wouldn’t want to deal with them for the vehicle. “Hang tight, this shouldn’t be long to be denied” but then to come back and say some small place financed them for 25% interest rate, it’s a done deal. They are MANY Ford dealerships to go to. I’ll just make sure to never recommend this one.
