My experience was pretty good at first the salesmen Chris and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disa and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disappeared handing me off to someone I didn’t know. I asked about my paperwork and he returned without it . I left the dealership with no paperwork! Hag to call back and ask for it. Also had to make another payment on my trade in after I was told “you should be good” it will be paid off before it’s due. Then I was told we have 20 days you probably make a payment and your bank will pay you back! More

I purchased my vehicle online and over the phone. Sales staff was friendly and helpful sending information on car. Delivered to my home for a test drive, signed paperwork and was done. Love the car. I say this understanding that car sales is a tough industry with kind-of low margins. I was hoping to find a new experience but its the same old song and dance, nickel and dime. The "fees" are high industry with kind-of low margins. I was hoping to find a new experience but its the same old song and dance, nickel and dime. The "fees" are high and the requirement to purchase LoJack is absurd. I was told that LoJack is required on all their cards (they get a kick back) and the device could not be removed, nor fee waved. "It is hidden to prevent thieves from disabling it when stealing your car." After I got home, I was able to locate the device and unplug since I had no intention of activating the service, regardless if the first year was free. I did this with no knowledge of what I was looking for, where it would be located and all in about 5 minutes. I am positive a car thief could cut that time in half. I will have my insurance and the police, whom I already pay, to locate my stolen car, thank you. Anyway, so much for the value of that $500 add-on (and $200/yr afterward (one mis-information we got was $500 was a lifetime, thanks for clarifying finance guy. Our sales person was very nice and the facility was clean. We were mis-informed on a few points (warranty, LoJack, and some vehicle features) which I chalk up to inexperience. Our finance person was the most knowledgeable of everyone we spoke to. I am not saying that I would not recommend buying a car here but would not hesitate to talk about my experience. At the end of the day, car sales is no different anywhere it just boils down to the fees and add-ons. We still saved money (including having to pay for LoJack) by driving some distance out of the cities to purchase a car there. P.S.
