I have been with the Craig Zinn Automotive Group since 1986. Started at our Toyota store, fresh out of high school while going to college as a part time receptionist. I love the automotive business, and I only started selling in 2003. Prior to selling I had a lengthy position as Inventory Manager. I believe in treating customers the way I like to be treated. No high end pushy sales tactics here. I believe that my job is to give you all of the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. I also don't like the negotiating process. Received my Nx250 last week and I cannot say enough about the car. Had 2 prior Lexus sUV's many years ago. I am so happy i switched back. This is my 5th Lexus and my 3rd one from Lexus in Pp. Michele was not there when I picked up my Lexus. But I was very well taken care of by Isaiah? He was amazing!! My only issue is the process too way t Michele was not there when I picked up my Lexus. But I was very well taken care of by Isaiah? He was amazing!! My only issue is the process too way to long , we were there for more than 5 hours and everything was supposed to be already done . That was a disappointment. More
