I have been with the Craig Zinn Automotive Group since 1986. Started at our Toyota store, fresh out of high school while going to college as a part time receptionist. I love the automotive business, and I only started selling in 2003. Prior to selling I had a lengthy position as Inventory Manager. I believe in treating customers the way I like to be treated. No high end pushy sales tactics here. I believe that my job is to give you all of the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. I also don't like the negotiating process. My first experience with Michele Alter was in 2016, when I purchased a 2016 GX 460 from her. Back then I found her to be extremely knowledgeable professional. Recently I was looking to upgrade to a 2025 GX 550. When I met with her, I indicated my exterior color preference was Nori Green Pearl. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond her control (i.e. the lack of available inventory from the manufacturer), she was unable to obtain my color preference. However, there was no doubt in my mind. She did everything in her power.Ann was very gracious when things did not work out. I would definitely reach out to her again in the future and will certainly refer anyone looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle in the future. More

Michele and her team were amazing. I purchased and RX350 and the staff stayed late and delivered my new SUV to my front door.
