I have been with the Craig Zinn Automotive Group since 1986. Started at our Toyota store, fresh out of high school while going to college as a part time receptionist. I love the automotive business, and I only started selling in 2003. Prior to selling I had a lengthy position as Inventory Manager. I believe in treating customers the way I like to be treated. No high end pushy sales tactics here. I believe that my job is to give you all of the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. I also don't like the negotiating process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free and provided helpful answers to every question we had. Brittney in financing was equally amazing. She explained everything clearly, walked us through all of our options, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the paperwork. There were no surprises — just transparency and efficiency. Before we left, Javier took the time to thoroughly walk us through all the electronic features of the vehicle.
