Never laid eyes on this Joseph character and everything he told me by phone was inaccurate. People don’t necessarily fail because they’re no good but often because they are not managed effectively. If not for Cole I certainly would have walked in the end. Had to use rails from totaled car as rails I “paid” for the dealer to install were not there. Car was not recently washed, inside of windshield filthy, and my tires don’t even have valve covers?! Had to purchase from Amazon. Multiple people told me things I was then told they had no right to tell me, what a CLUSTER! More

3 months ago I purchased a different vehicle from this dealership. I was given 1 key, no floor mats and the car was not detailed or even washed. I was told a couple of things about the car and given no specs on the vehicle. I was never told what my interest rate was on my car loan. Yesterday I came back to trade in the car from 3 months ago and purchased a brand new vehicle. The experiences were like night and day! On 11/20/24 I was treated nearly like royalty! I got to take a nice test drive, everything on the vehicle was explained to me or set up by my sales professional. I’d swear that I was at two different dealerships! Now I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Fort Myers very highly! More

When I arrived it was after a frankly poor experience from Mazda next door. I was not looking for a new car and really just wanted to see the interior of an ioniq 5, as photos were not great. Dioago despite my best efforts saw me and came over. Without any fuss or an hour of paper work(unlike Mazda) just let me see the car, took me on a test run. I told him I was maybe thinking about a used one but was still undecided amongst three choices. He kept my number personal who I wouldn't be harassed like Mazda did, and over a week of communicating to me on text messages, I wound up back at the dealer, signing papers on a new 2024 ioniq 5 AWD limited. I would not have bought this car of it want for him, and the way he handled our interactions, and his personality. I wasn't looking for a new car, I want budgeting for one, but he got me on one anyway, I didn't regret that. They also worked with me for awhile to make the financing work inside of my budget making sure I didn't have to compromise on anything. The other dealerships were pushy, kept trying to have me move onto the next step, made me sign paperwork that work that took me nearly two hours just to sit in the car, which I was to tall to operate, and even know that was plainly visible and I said so, was still pressured into trying to do a test drive, the manager came out and kept trying to push vehicles on me I didn't want, and for a solid month I kept getting texts and calls and emails non stop. It was frustrating. My experience here was 100% different. No pressure, no intrusive info collecting, no trying to sell me things I didn't want. I cannot overstate how crucial the relationship dioago formed with me made this sale happen. The casual, corporate free approach, the entire personality of the man, and the respect for my time, wants, and emotion was second to none . Hyundai doesn't have a fantastic dealer reputation in general, but this location made me feel confident on sticking with them, even though I was aware of other dealerships offering better discounts. I'm the end, it wasn't the reputation of the brand, the car, or other factors that sold me my car, out was my sales rep. More
