They advertised for Mazda CX50 Hybrid for $349 a month and zero down. I called the dealer to confirm the ad. Drove about 2 hours and they tried to double the monthly payment. I showed their ad and he ( salesperson ) said we didnt read the “fine print” when I had confirmed it with their internet department. Spent an hour justifying their ad and at the end the salesperson and manager said “thats how we get people to come to the dealership”. Basically tried scamming us and wasted MY TIME...DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS! This is why people hate going to dealerships cuz of the dishonesty... More

After a brief conversation with the sales representative I drove to the dealership. Before arriving we had a conversation about the price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, when I got there I was then to I drove to the dealership. Before arriving we had a conversation about the price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, when I got there I was then told it was $1000 more than our conversation. I felt deceived and wished I had been informed of this prior. When I called management to inquire they asked if I was still interested in the vehicle. I said yes we discussed a reasonable price with a mutual understanding. I asked for an email sent to me in regards to the conversation along with the Carfax so I could look at it. Nothing ever came. I left an email with this person in regards to our conversation and still received nothing in return. More
