I was persuaded to write this review while I sat at the desk with Michael and told to give 5 stars. I was pushed to write it prior to having an opportunity to review everything. I originally gave 5 stars as it seemed like a decent rainy day laughing experience while I sat there with my 21 year old daughter while she purchased her first car. What seemed like a good experience turned into a dealership swindling my daughter and I into buying a piece of junk 2015 chevy cruze. This cruze is a rust bucket hiding below bondo on each of the rocker panels and under the car. The rust bucket is falling apart and to make matters worse, she still owes 11,000.00 on a car that is worth 4,000.00. We know we just tried to get out of it. Embarrassing? Yes. I am embarrassed I took my daughter to subaru where I bought my car thinking this place has an ounce of decency. Humiliated? Yes, I have to face my daughter whom I let down for falling for your gimmicks and lies. Word of mouth, yep. I will be sure everyone i can tell knows how we were pushed to apply for loans even though we were already approved through a credit union. Let's not forget we were forced into buying a package to protect the fabric and told that was the deal. I'm ashamed I allowed this and will take my responsibility in it as a lesson learned. Your company lost a whole lot more. Your reputation amongst this city is known for these tactics. Heard a few today. Sales is tough, but should not be so deceitful and harmful to others. Let me add, Michael told is if he didn't get 5 stars the company would take away his commission. Is this how you get so many 5 stars? More

When I booked my service the oil change and the tire rotation were included. When I arrived at the service center I was tooled the tire rotation was not included.The car was washed and when I got home I rotation were included. When I went to pay my bill you could write a check or use a debit card. Not informed there was an extra charge for using a credit card prior to service. More

Andrej - He's a car salesperson, not actually knowledgeable about the vehicle, just trying to make a sale. When he showed me the SOS alert button in the car, I asked him what that cost. He said i knowledgeable about the vehicle, just trying to make a sale. When he showed me the SOS alert button in the car, I asked him what that cost. He said it was free with this vehicle. No, it's included for 3 years and then you need to subscribe to the service, so it's not free. This vehicle came with PIN Code Access, he doesn't know what that is and suggested we ask when we return in 2 weeks with questions-instead of asking someone? Michael appeared very knowledgeable. He went through many options with us to add on. Very smooth transaction. As for the Dealership, I've already referred my neighbor to your dealership. They plan to purchase a Subaru in the next month or two. More
