Second purchase from this dealership in 25 yrs, this visit seemed better than the first. I've driven a Sienna hybrid part time for 3 yrs, it does take a few days to become familiar with it. Mike did a good job, and explained most of the options. Very well detailed and clean. Toyota Remote Start not explained, but I found information on-line how to use, as the FOB did not have a separate key button for it. Disappointed in the trade-in offer, had a higher number at other dealerships. Finance % rate was better than I expected. I think a follow-up phone call and a review in 3 months would be good for on-going customer satisfaction. Hopefully I will be happy with the purchase as time goes on. More
