Came in for 40,000 mile service. Tech did not correctly bolt under splash back in place. Got 5 miles down the road and under splash is dragging on road. I was having oil consumption test done when the 1 quart low warning came. I called when it came on and they gave me an appointment three weeks from the day I called. It was a quart and half low. Now waiting for manufacturer to schedule for repairs. No way could could I have gotten an appointment the next day. The staff is very nice.there is a factory default in 3 years of the model and I have one of those models a 2016 that is using oil of 2 1/2 quarts in two months with no leaks. I know Volvo is a great company and I know they are aware of this defect and will repair it. I really like my Volvo! More
