Abysmal response of "well, you're almost 10K into your warranty" foreshadowed the treatment by the sales manager and service manager that all I was was a "former customer" once my vehicle left the dealers warranty" foreshadowed the treatment by the sales manager and service manager that all I was was a "former customer" once my vehicle left the dealership.
