I brought my truck back in to have a part replaced under warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of receiving the part and provide me with a loner warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. They started looking at my truck as soon as I dropped it off, right before they closed and everything was done early the next morning. The service advisor, Norman called me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup and told me that he personally checked my truck to make sure the new part was working as designed. When I got to the dealership that evening, Norman everything that was done and even walked outside with me to show me exactly what part was changed and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I had a couple of issues with this service which is not typical for this service center. There were numerous communication breakdowns surrounding this service appointment. It started with when I tried to schedule this appointment, I had to call back twice after I was told I would receive a call back from an advisor and had not. I also was not notified that my truck was ready for pickup. I only discovered it was ready when I got an email requesting I review the service and I called inquiring about the status of my truck only to find out it had been ready for over a day. I have never experienced any issues with this service department in the past so it seems to just be an unfortunate series of events that lead to this lack of communication. More

I purchased a vehicle in 2020 and was advised I would have lifetime free oil changes. After 3 years, upon a service visit for an oil change, I was informed the dealership was no longer honoring the life have lifetime free oil changes. After 3 years, upon a service visit for an oil change, I was informed the dealership was no longer honoring the lifetime free oil changes and I would have to pay. The vehicle was already in the service center so I acquiesced, however I would have paid less at a private mechanic. The lifetime free oil changes is one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I will not be returning for any routine maintenance and/or service. More
