When we moved to Houston in 2015 we had a new Mercedes-Benz SUV. It was a great car and we really liked it, until last year we were hit by an uninsured, unlicensed, illegal immigrant. Our insurance totaled the car and we had to find a new car. We looked various dealers (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, and Cadillac) looking for a new car. Problem was frequently they did not have what they promised over the phone and it was a wasted trip. When we happened to be driving to another Woodlands dealership we saw Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. We went in and found a good selection of GLE-350's equipped like we wanted at a reasonable price. The salesman (Michael Thomson) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the car. We had really enjoyed our previous Mercedes and almost bought a different make because other dealers were "selling" what they wanted, rather than listening to what we wanted. We met the dealership's manager , Mr. Gallucci, the dealership Manager and purchased our new GLE350. I used to work in Detroit for a major auto manufacturer so I feel that I know what quality is. Purchasing a Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands will get you a very fine automobile from an equally fine dealership with excellent service too. More
