My experience at Lester Glenn in Toms River started a bit poor with Heather from the Hyundai dealership next door. After being unsatisfied there I went to the Chevy dealership and met Michael Stockhausen. From the moment he shook my hand he treated me with nothing short of respect and was able to answer all of my questions and more while helping me find a car that was right for me. One of the best things about him was that he seemed to actually care and wasn't just out to sell a car as fast as he possibly could. He was by far the best salesman that I have met with this week, which is saying a lot since I had visited over 10 different dealerships. If there is one thing you can keep doing right, it would be keeping Michael around as much as possible since he is simply GREAT. Bobby Arnold was also very helpful with the financial section of the deal and explained everything thoroughly. I didn't feel like he was rushing me, or trying to get me to sign anything without going over the details with me. This was my first new car and the best experience I could have hoped to have. I already gave Mike's number to a few friends who are looking to buy a car in the next couple of months! More
