As I walked around waiting for my car, Michael Stockhausen greeted me with a friendly professional smile and made me feel at home. He asked me if I needed help but was not pushy in anyway. I explained about my car, then also asked Michael if I could trade in my car in the future. Not only did he take the time to help me that day, but did all he could to get me the info that I needed for future possible trade-in or even buying a new car. Michael was warm, very knowledgeable and bright, yet down to earth and kind. I know now where I'm going to get my next car. Thank you Michael Stockhausen for a great job, and thank you Lester Glenn for an outstanding employee and service that Michael has given me. I highly recommend Michael and will to all my friends and family and Lester Glenn for all my servicing needs in the near future. We looked at used cars from other dealers and were still undecided on what we wanted to do. We were also told by a few of them that the car that we liked would sell fast and probably wouldn't be there whe undecided on what we wanted to do. We came over to look at what used cars were at Lester Glenn Chevrolet and Mike came right out and talked to us with no pressure. It is nice to not get pressured into rushing our thoughts in purchasing a used vehicle. He basically just answered our questions. He was awesome and answered all of our questions and many phone calls even after we decided on a car. He also suggested that we take the car home for the weekend while he processed our paperwork. That was the best thing he ever suggested. Not only did we like the car, so did some of our friends. I I told them to ask for Mike when they are ready to buy. I liked how he never talked us into anything and let us make our own decision. I would definately refer people, who are looking for a car, to Mike. More

I went to the dealership for the sole purpose of finding out if I could take a test drive of a chevy sonic with a manual transmission. I had driven a sonic in June that I had rented while on vacation, and found I could not stop thinking about it, except that I prefer to drive a manual and the rental of course was not. A test drive led to a discussion about purchasing, and while I was not really expecting it, long story short I left the dealership in just over an hour with a new car, a payment that I wanted, and a very happy new car owner! My salesman Michael Stockhausen was friendly, not pushy but persuasive, and eager to make the deal. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable! I would highly recommend not only this car, but the dealer and salesman as well! They answered questions, offered a great service plan, but the most enjoyable was never feeling the pressure to undertake something I wasn't comfortable to do. More
