We made an appointment to have the master switch for power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if they could confirm that suspicion. They had our Traverse for over 2 and a half hours and nothing ended up getting fixed not even the master power windows switch that doesn't take much time to do. What did they do with all that time? Diagnosed a bunch of other things that we didn't ask for which would have been fine if they had prioritized what we knew we wanted fixed. I believe part of the reason the service was subpar is we had Ally Major Guard to supplement the bill and Mike Stevens gave us every indication he was skeptical of making it work today and therefore was not going to make any special effort to make it happen. I suppose it's my fault for not trusting my instincts and getting out of there right away. But we had a good experience using Ally with another dealership Stingray Chevrolet on a Saturday, so we hoped it would be a similar result here but that was not the reality at all. An absolute waste of time and I'm not looking forward to having to fight a bill for the time that they wasted to not fix the problems we informed them of ahead of time. Hopefully, others will read this and avoid a similar fate. More
