Unprofessional! When I didn’t want services from Nissan and didn’t want to hear the spill again he was upset slammed the pen down for me to sign and snatched my card from my hand. Been in customer service for 20 years and no matter what the situation I’ve always had to stay professional. He lost his cool and was u professional! More
