Excellent customer service! From the time Michael first reached out to me, he answered all my questions without hesitation. When I finally met him in the showroom, he went over From the time Michael first reached out to me, he answered all my questions without hesitation. When I finally met him in the showroom, he went over and above to make sure I was happy, even though a couple of things on my part needed done. I had changed my mind on the interior color of the original vehicle I brought home so when I called him in the morning we arranged to meet, tie up so loose ends, and proceed to change everything when I switched to the other interior. They were obviously different cars, same model, but I'm sure a pain to redo everything. Michael is very knowledgeable of his product lines and I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Michael for putting up with me. Also everyone wore masks and since I was there awhile getting an accessory added, after people left the service waiting room everything was cleaned down. Makes one feel very comfortable in the time we have now. More

My Review: Chapter 1 It was a dreary day, very little sunshine but typical for Northern Ohio this time of year. We, my wife and I, were on a quest to obtain a replacement It was a dreary day, very little sunshine but typical for Northern Ohio this time of year. We, my wife and I, were on a quest to obtain a replacement vehicle for the one she had been driving for the past three years. It had been our first lease vehicle, ever, and the lease was about to expire. Being our first experience at leasing we were unsure of what to expect when we arrived at the dealership. With the state of the economy, such that it is, in a downward spiraling turmoil due to the plague running rampant, we had little to nothing in the way of funds to deposit toward another car. Would we just have to turn this one back in and walk away, we thought to ourselves. Then what about the four hundred dollar "turn-in fee" we noticed in the fine print of the contract. And what if they charged for each scratch in the paint, although few as they were. What exactly is considered 'normal wear and tear'? All of these questions were yet to be answered as we returned to the site where our first lease vehicle, the 2016 Soul was acquired a mere 39 months ago. At least we weren't over the allotted mileage so that additional expense was not looming over our heads. As for myself, I had not been back to this dealership since the origination of the lease but I recalled the name of the salesperson with whom we had dealt. His name was Martial and his name was easily remembered because I have a brother named Marshall who spells his name correctly. (this is where an lol would be appropriate). I remember vividly the exuberance with which Martial presented the product line to us and explained the lease process in great detail such that I wondered why I had never leased a vehicle before this. At that time we had a vehicle that we owned and a little cash to put down which made the financing of the first lease much more palatable than I anticipated for today. All in all it was a very pleasant experience for our first time. Leasing, I mean. Martial, and the bean counter, whose name I do not recall, made us feel like family. I have fond, but sketchy memories of that day long ago. Now we have arrived at the end of the lease and the entrance to the building. Naturally I asked if Martial was working when we entered, because of our previous experience here, but it appeared that he was not available.. We were greeted by Michael Seale Jr, who actually called Martial to see if he wanted to come in and assist us. I considered that to be quite thoughtful on Michael's part, knowing there were commissions involved. We briefly explained the reason for our visit today and Michael offered us his expertise in the lease-end process. He also detailed the various ways we could lease another vehicle and avoid the expenses we had anticipated prior to our arrival. He was extremely patient with our initial lack of comprehension, as we can be easily confused with the overwhelming opportunities available to us. He could sense the differences in the vehicle attributes required by myself and those required by my wife of almost 48 years. He mediated and interpreted these differences in a manner reminiscent of King Solomon as he led us to the most logical and mutually agreeable choice of vehicles, all the time having us believe it was our decision alone. It was a nice visit with a knowledgeable person who we felt was an old friend by the time we drove off. Maybe we'll have him over for tea. Then there was Matt. What can I say that probably hasn't been said about him already. (and I mean that in the nicest way). The man bubbles with enthusiasm and cheerfulness as he has you sign your life away. Just kidding, he doesn't bubble. He did, however make the entire experience one to remember, and in a good way. We'll be back... More

Michael Seale made everything especially easy and smoothly. I feel like he went above and beyond to do what he could before I even went to the dealership, which was greatly appreciated. The financing was explained effectively and thoroughly by Matt which is always a plus. More
