During my most recent lease, I was dissatisfied with some aspects of my SUV and decided to pursue satisfaction by being confrontational. Like the saying goes though, "let the cooler heads prevail." During the process, I reached out to Mindy Holman and her staff. Once they were alerted to the issue, I was contacted personally and they made a great effort to resolve my concerns for my peace of mind . As a senior citizen, I find that too often our opinions are dismissed.
