During my most recent lease, I was dissatisfied with some as For a little background, I've been a customer of Holman Dealerships for over 25 years. During my most recent lease, I was dissatisfied with some aspects of my SUV and decided to pursue satisfaction by being confrontational. Like the saying goes though, "let the cooler heads prevail." During the process, I reached out to Mindy Holman and her staff. Once they were alerted to the issue, I was contacted personally and they made a great effort to resolve my concerns for my peace of mind . As a senior citizen, I find that too often our opinions are dismissed. I was grateful that Holman Enterprises made sure that they value me as a person and going forward would like me to remain a customer. Thank you Holman More

Easy to set up a service for both of my cars. Very friendly staff, waiting area was comfortable. Provided a Lyft ride to get me to work.. Total experience was awesome and easy.
