We went outside where he went over the vehicle in detail. He was also able to answer any question I had. I was also introduced to several other employees. All were very courteous and professional. The dealership was was very clean and they offered different amenities for their customers while waiting for service. Overall my experience was excellent, and I commend Chris Torres for his knowledge of the Audi and his professionalism. More

My wife is a decorated disabled vet and we must travel by land from South Florida to CT monthly -ability to recline is key, as is excellent mileage and reliability. Audi of Naples turned up the perfect vehicle. Michael Schutt fielded my email query, did his homework, and established that the seat could be maneuvered in just the way we require. Without him, this deal would not have been done. Mike Pierne was excellent to work with: low key but determined, exceedingly well informed. He took the time to explain every minor blemish and how he would have the car detailed to remove them. He did exactly what he said he would do and the car arrived in the exact condition described. I trust the dealership and would certainly go back to Naples if they had the car I wanted. More

Each time they e-mailed me, they asked what car I was looking for, for my phone number, and a time when I could come to see them. Each time I responded, I would describe the car, ask that they contact me by e-mail instead of phone, and tell them I would go to the dealer once we've located a car and settled on a price. Rather than actually find any cars, they kept insisting I visit them. We went around in this circle a few times before I finally gave up. I'm now wrapping up my purchase at another dealership while they're still asking for me to make an appointment to visit the dealership. More

The main reason I bought my Audi from the Naples dealership, when I live about 170 miles away, was largely due to the professional actions of Mr. Michael Schutt. Mr. Schutt addressed all my concerns, managed to develop a relationship via e-mail, was always courteous and respectful. Given today's American youth, working with Mr. Schutt was a breath of fresh air. Final negotiations were executed with Mr. Joy. Upon arrival, Mr. Pierne greeted me, and proceeded to execute the paperwork just as discussed the day before. There were no complications, no re-negotiations, excuses, or explanations. The deal was the deal. As far as the staff in general is concerned,they are all very professional and friendly. Delivery of my car occurred after hours, at no time did any of the staff make me feel as an imposition. Some of you might say the deal is done they made a profit, indeed that is the point. The deal was done, the paperwork executed, the profit would be realized. This is not the first time that I've had a car delivered after hours, however, the staff at Audi Naples remained cheerful and understanding throughout the entire process. Some experiences with other dealerships were just the opposite. Once the paperwork was done, they are off to the next sale, and I felt an imposition. I eagerly await the release of the new Audi R8, at which time I will once again, with pleasure, call upon Mr.Schutt to orchestrate another seamless and enjoyable transaction. My only regret is that I do not live in Naples to have my car serviced there. More
