Where to begin nice selection of cars it kind of nail you with an extra almost $2,000 for something you don't want on top of the price that they say is mandatory but it's not so unless you know better you're with an extra almost $2,000 for something you don't want on top of the price that they say is mandatory but it's not so unless you know better you're stuck with it. For whatever reason do not go to the service department. Not even a mechanic but somebody I thought was a mechanic told me my tires were on the cusp of needing to be replaced I spent $850 on tires I did not need the tires on the car were good and they kept all my good tires my seatbelt light nor beep was coming on they told me it worked fine they couldn't understand couldn't find anything wrong with it car was there for day maybe two don't know I took it to a different mechanic my own mechanic Lord behold what did he find the buckle itself was broken and apparently it was super glued major major safety issue the seat belt has to work before selling a car it was broken and super glued together aside from the fact that I have emailed the manager three different times and have zero responses back because it was one thing after another after another after another.be careful who you talk to at the service department when you think you're talking to a mechanic you're talking to a man who is in training and is not certified to be giving out any type of it information on a car because he doesn't know. The seatbelt should have been fixed by Rocky Mountain but I'm paying out of my own pocket just out of trust I went to somebody who I knew what they were doing and who I knew would give me an official Mazds part and I could trust. We also bought a second car previous to the Mazda I should say first we thought they were Fair we thought they'd negotiated the price to what we could afford then we realized all they did was take away this almost $2,000 charge they put on the cars they simply took it away after telling us that it was a mandatory thing that they had to have there was no negotiating as we thought they just took away this fraudulent charge so if a car is 17,000 you might as well make it 19. For those of you that have had a good experience I'm glad for those of you that have a bad experience I'm right there with you and I will never visit that place again be careful More

The receptionist was rude and your prices are ridiculous. $541 for a battery. Why would you do an electronic check if all I needed was a battery? Also, no one bothered to tell me that after my car was towed $541 for a battery. Why would you do an electronic check if all I needed was a battery? Also, no one bothered to tell me that after my car was towed in I wouldn't hear from rocky mt. Till the next day. Would have been nice to know. That information would have prevented me from calling you 4 times to see what was wrong with my car and when it would be ready . More

I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I needed to on my experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. My entire experience was great and that is all due to Michael. From my initial phone call to th to on my experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. My entire experience was great and that is all due to Michael. From my initial phone call to the day of service for my vehicle, he handled it. Anytime I called to ask questions regarding my service he answered the phone when I came in to bring my car he was at the desk any questions I had he got them for me. He cares so much about the customers and their experiences. He's so polite and knowledgeable about cars which was helpful because I'm not. All I can say is if you give Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers a chance for service always ask for Mike he will make sure that your experience is top-notch!! Thank you Michael! More
