while it was a standard transaction, there were a few issues that left a negative impression. The dealership itself is typical in terms of the sales process, but there are a couple of things to be aware of.
Firstly, it's crucial to inspect your vehicle thoroughly in an uncovered area with full sunlight. Unfortunately, I discovered that my truck had a subpar manufacturer paint job, which felt deceptive. It would have been better if this was disclosed upfront.
Additionally, don't expect any special treatment or perks. Shortly after leaving the dealership, one of my tires went flat, and I ended up paying full price for a replacement. This added to the overall disappointment with the purchase.
Overall, while the dealership will sell you a vehicle, it's essential to be vigilant and not expect any extras. Make sure to inspect your vehicle carefully and be prepared for any potential issues that may arise.
Lastly, they scrap off the window stickers with a razor blade so look for scratches before completing your sale.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Tamiami Ford, we take all reviews seriously and strive to ensure every customer feels valued through every step of their experience with us. That said, I would like to address the points you raised in your review.
Regarding the vehicle’s paint job, we would like to clarify that all vehicles undergo a thorough inspection before being listed for sale. If there were concerns about the paint quality, we rely on our customers to voice such observations during their own inspection prior to the completion of the sale.
The flat tire issue you encountered after leaving the dealership is unfortunate. While we empathize with the frustration this may have caused, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for external incidents, such as running over debris, after the vehicle has left our dealership. Our team acknowledges these types of occurrences can be frustrating, but they fall outside of our control.
Your mention of potential scratches caused by the removal of window stickers with a razor blade is a concern we will not take lightly. If you believe your vehicle has sustained damage during our inspection process, we would be more than happy to examine and resolve it for you. Please contact us directly so we can assist you further.
At Tamiami Ford, we strive to foster transparency and a smooth purchase process for all of our customers. It’s regrettable to hear that your overall experience left a negative impression. Should you wish to discuss these concerns in more detail, I encourage you to reach out to me directly at 239-643-3673 Ext 1303.
We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to reconcile and restore your confidence in our dealership.
Kind regards,

Absolutely, as i stated inspect your vehicle throughly in an uncovered full sunlight area. The vehicle i purchased was in a covered area which felt like a curtesy at the time but had deceptive reasons in retrospect. Sometimes we forget that reputation is a thing of the past; my mistake. The window razor was post inspection and an action acceptable for a new or inexperienced dealerships, The flat tire situation while unfortunate is what it is i agree. This is an honest review setting expectations for new customers.
Ive talked to the sales manager and terms mutually uncomfortable couldnt be reached.
