After I received a referral to speak with Mike, he answered my phone call mid-morning. Within 15 minutes he figured up my lease/purchase options. We arranged a mid-afternoon meeting to view the vehicle and by rush hour I was driving off the lot with a new car. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you! Angie, in financing, is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. As a first time lease purchaser she walked me through the benefits of leasing a vehicle versus purchasing one. Plus the technology involved during the signing process was state of the art. Great job! More

We had a great experience with the salesman, Mike Rosen, who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty with who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty without telling us it wasn’t a “Honda” warranty. He also said he was cutting $750 off the price so it ended up being approximately $2250 for 8 years, 100k miles, with a $200 deductible. When we inquired a couple days later about getting a “HondaCare” warranty, he told us it wasn’t as good as the EasyCare and it would cost more (maybe $2400?). Afterwards, we did some research and went to a different dealer who sold us a true HondaCare warranty of 8 years, 120k miles and $0 deductible. It’s essentially the same coverage, with longer term, less deductible for about $1300. You do the math. Michael Minner was either dishonest, misleading, ignorant or incompetent. I wouldn’t trust the guy, and it soured me on doing any more business with Bommarito. More

Mike Rosen sold us our CR-V back in 2018, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest, open and straightforward, friendly (despite the stern portrait on this website, patient, and helpful. We are probably not the funnest customers to deal with - we come in already prepared with our own financing, knowing exactly what car we want, which options, our price limit, we don't negotiate, and we get quotes from multiple dealerships. Mike was totally fine with that. He gave us a competitive and straightforward quote, along the logistical details. He understood, and was totally accepting of the fact that we were still shopping around. Ultimately we chose to buy from Mike even though we had a slightly lower quote elsewhere. He may have met that price, but we had no interest in nickel-and-diming. He ended up throwing in some extras (weather mats etc which have come in really useful), which actually made it a better deal for us anyway. Even after the sale, he was generous with his time and knowledge helping set up the car and explaining things to us. Bommarito has been great to deal with, over the past two years. They've honored their promises, do a fine job keeping the car maintained, and are efficient in getting us in and out for service. But Mike is the main reason I'm happy with Bommarito, and I recommend them to everyone I know. More

They are slimy salesmen who’ll encourage you to buy service agreements they won’t honor or abide by. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t buy the Easycare packages they try to sell you. I never used the plans and they won’t refund your money as required if you don’t utilize the plans and cancel after paying off your car. Don’t add the Bommarito Superstore Service Agreement Advantage, they won’t honor the 50% refund after you pay off your car. Read the Reviews and avoid Bommarito if honesty and good business practices are important to you. Below are untrustworthy managers to avoid. Todd Zamler, Mike Minner, Jamie Novara. This team promised my refund more than 3 months ago and I’m still waiting. They requested documents, which I provided. They will delay. They won’t return phone calls. They’ll pretend they didn’t receive emails they are copied on. They will pretend their voicemails don’t work. They’ll give every excuse to not honor their agreements and commitments. Don’t buy from Bommarito Superstore. They have horrible customer service. I’m not returning after this experience. If I could give zero stars I would. More
