I was very impressed with Audi Dallas responsiveness, eagerness to help, attentiveness and willingness to negotiate and help us customers come to a mutual fair agreement. I first inquired about a Audi Q8 that I found through AutoTrader, kept getting Facebook ads on and decided to make an inquiry via Audi Dallas website. I made the inquiry well after 10 or 11pm one night and immediately I got a response from Zach Moore, I thought it was a call center auto-response so I didn’t want to respond late at night and bother anyone. The next morning Zach followed up again and it was then when I realized it was a real sales person from the dealership that had reached out. That day I had made an appointment and went to the dealership that evening, unfortunately the Q8 that I had originally inquired about had sold but I was shown some other alternatives and honestly better options that fit my needs more. Zach was working with another family but I got to work with Michael Redd. Michael was awesome to work with, very friendly, provided some really good information about the Q8 that we were test driving, but most importantly he listened and went to work on helping us come to a fair value for my trade and finalized the deal. I do have to say, that I really love that Audi Dallas is not trying do any dealer mark ups, or hide any fees, it was a pretty seamless straight forward experience. The price you see online is literally what they will negotiate with you on. My wife was laughing at me, because I had no ammo to haggle on, I asked for more on my trade Audi Dallas literally gave me what I asked for; there were no markups or dealer add-ons so nothing to complain about there. I had a credit union pre-approval and Audi Dallas beat their rate, I had a quote for an extended warranty and Audi Dallas compromised with me on there as well. Drew Nigo in Finance was definitely extremely helpful in beating my credit union rate and getting us an extended warranty that would work best for us. Not mention, Drew is very friendly guy and easy to talk to, and willing to help you on any of the warranty add-ons. I’ve purchased and traded in 14-cars in the last 19-months, it has been a long time since I’ve done every single component of the car buying experience at a dealership; but I did it this time with Audi Dallas. It was such a delight to work with what seemed to be a family or a great team. Every single member of Audi Dallas was willing to help from start to finish, it didn’t matter who, everyone on the floor was greeting you, asking to help you, offering you a water, and constantly checking on you. This is my first Audi, but after this pleasant experience it won’t be my last purchase from Audi Dallas. A special thank you again to (Zach Moore, Michael Redd, Drew Nigo) and the two managers that I briefly worked with (Michael and Ricardo). Truly a team effort, thank you all so much for such a pleasant and seamless experience. More
