I have NEVER been so pleased! !! My service gentleman was, Michael Ramos. He went the extra mile to make my 90,000 service a wonderful experience. It began a week before my appo !! It began a week before my appointment when he explain, in detail, what the car needed and why it was important. I had so much confidence in him and was so grateful that I truly understood what was needed. THANK YOU MICHAEL RAMOS😃 Just one suggestion to Mr. Walter, The seating in the waiting room is so uncomfortable. If you go across the street to Lexus or BMW you will see what I mean. They have comfy chairs. When you decide to wait for your car, it would be so nice to be able to do so in comfort. You have a wonderful staff!! More

Walter's Mercedes has always gone above and beyond with customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional. Michael Ramos was my service representative who helped me to ser customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional. Michael Ramos was my service representative who helped me to service and repair my car and he kept me informed with everything being done with my car. My car has almost 200,000 miles and I attribute this to the team at Walter's Mercedes for keeping my car alive. Thank you! More

I like the fact that Michael referred to me by my first name rather than being overly formal and referring to me by my last name only. Yes, it is a business relationship, however, you want people to see you as a person and not just as a customer. By doing so, it makes the business atmosphere more relaxed and inviting. More

I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was for servicing. Jon was knowledgeable and professional and made the process very easy for me even though I wasn't charged for his help. I'd hit up Jon if you're interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. I've had good experiences with Walter's Porsche in the past and Walter's Mercedes Benz is continuing the good customer service I've come to be accustomed to. I'll keep going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz. More
