Michael let me know immediately this was a "small deal" and the finance department "may not want to be bothered" and I "may have to do the financing Michael let me know immediately this was a "small deal" and the finance department "may not want to be bothered" and I "may have to do the financing myself." Additionally, I told him I had a few issues with my Yukon and had never driven a Volvo, his response was "oh thats too bad." We were buying a used car for my teenage daughter but it was clear he was doing us a favor with the purchase of this small used vehicle, on your lot after all. Overall, Michael needs to retire however, Joy in finance was an absolute delight and a much better representation of your business. Joy needs a raise and probably a vacation. More
