When my car was ready, and I went to get it the service advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. Honestly I would not have gone back, if it wasn’t for Mike Pino intervening and taken over advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. Honestly I would not have gone back, if it wasn’t for Mike Pino intervening and taken over, he was professional and knew what service was. I have been coming to that dealership for years and purchased my car from Sutherlin Nissan. I have not been impressed since it changed ownership, with the exception of Mike. The other thing that this Nissan dealership has implemented is a 3% service charge if you use a credit card. More

I took my car to Fort Myers Nissan for service due to a check engine light. Alex, my Service Manager, informed me it needed a software update, and I ended up paying over $800. However, as soon as I left th check engine light. Alex, my Service Manager, informed me it needed a software update, and I ended up paying over $800. However, as soon as I left the dealership, every light on the dashboard lit up, and the car was running worse than when I had brought it in. I immediately returned to the service center, where they agreed to check it out. After an additional two-hour wait, Alex informed me they would need to keep the car overnight, so I agreed to pick it up the next day. The following day, I was told they had found a different issue, and that the original diagnosis was incorrect. The repair would now cost an additional $1,345, plus another shop fee—even though I had already paid this fee the day before. When I questioned why I was being charged the shop fee twice, Alex simply replied, “That’s how we keep the lights on.” I then tried reaching the location manager, but after waiting on hold for an hour, I was disconnected. I called back and left three messages for the service team, none of which were returned. My wife also called, trying to reach the location manager, Chris McPhillips, but he never picked up. She was transferred to Richie, another service manager, who listened to her complaint and promised to call back in 20 minutes. He never did. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My advice: avoid Fort Myers Nissan Service Center at all costs. Customer complaints seem to mean nothing to them, and you’re left with an experience you won’t forget—just for all the wrong reasons. The service was ok, my only complaint is that they changed me for 1.5 hours labor and it only took 30-45 minutes, and the cost of the part was 10x the cost of an aftermarket replacement part on EBay. changed me for 1.5 hours labor and it only took 30-45 minutes, and the cost of the part was 10x the cost of an aftermarket replacement part on EBay. That’s an outrageous markup, even for a OEM part with warranty. More

Issue was diagnosed quick and service was spot on. Mission accomplished. Got my truck back inside of 24hours. Was awesome that they had the low pressure pump in stock. Mission accomplished. Got my truck back inside of 24hours. Was awesome that they had the low pressure pump in stock. More
